Hotel Lake House Kinneret, Tiberias

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were quite standard and I was hoping for more given the price, I was disappointed to discover sewage in my room after a long day of touring. The rooms were dark and filthy, with insects crawling around. On the bright side, I was able to switch to a room with garden access, which was a nice touch.

The hotel had a fantastic location with quick access to the hot springs and a prime spot by the lake, although a bit far from Tiberias center without a car. The rooms were spacious but lacked air conditioning during winter, and some areas needed better cleaning. The service was a bit slow during check-in but included helpful amenities like dry cleaning and housekeeping. Dining options were a bit hit or miss with lukewarm food at times. However, the facilities like the private beach and entrance to the hot springs were great perks.

I was excited to arrive at the hotel, which had a balcony overlooking the Lake, offering a lovely view to Tiberius Mineral Hot Springs. While the room decor felt outdated, the proximity to the hot springs was a major plus. The service, although friendly and helpful, could have been quicker in attending to guests' needs.
